Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Broth

In a medium pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil. This will serve as the base of your Tom Yum Soup.

Step 2: Infuse the Flavors

Add the smashed lemon grass, torn kaffir lime leaves, and slices of galangal (or ginger) to the boiling broth. Let these aromatic ingredients simmer for about 5-10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
